Obituary

William Donald Carter, 87 passed away peacefully on October 6, 2023. He was born on August 24, 1936 in Saltville Virginia. He attended Rich Valley High School and was proud to serve in the U.S. Navy from 1954-1958. He was preceded in death by his mother Glenna, father William,  brother R.D. and loving wife Janet. He is survived by his three daughter Cindy (Anthony), Monica, Glenna, five grandchildren Crystal (Philip), Whitney, Autumn, Cameron and Hunter, and blessed to have nine great grandchildren. 

Services in memory of Don will take place on October 12, 2023 with a viewing at 10 am followed by his memorial service at 11 am and grave side service at Arlington Funeral Home in Jacksonville, Fl.
