Robert Camden Roberson
August 24, 1963 – February 12, 2024
Robbie was born in St. Louis, MO and came to Daytona Beach as an infant, and resided in the Daytona Beach area his remaining years.
Robbie began his business career as a teenager working alongside his mother, Helene B. Roberson, owner of Daytona Budweiser. After graduating high school he served two years in the U.S. Coast Guard. He then continued working in the family business as branch manager in West Volusia until 1995 when he acquired that portion of the A-B distributorship, creating Quality Brands. He remained owner and CEO until the company was sold in 2011.
Robbie then continued with his many interests and hobbies including racing motorcycles. He became a managing partner of the DNA Energy Drink/Roberson Motorsports team, racing in the U.S. including the Daytona 200.
Robbie loved boating and being on the water. He was an avid hunter and sport fisherman spending much time fishing in the Florida Keys and the Bahamas.
Robbie was a fun-loving, kind-hearted, and generous soul. He supported numerous organizations and helped many in need throughout his life. He was a lover of all animals and a friend of Bill W. Always with a smile on his face, he touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
Robbie’s wish was to be cremated and his ashes scattered at sea.
