Obituary

Richard (Dick) Arthur McCallum stepped into glory on Friday, April 7, 2023. Born August 3, 1937 in Saginaw, Michigan. He was a son of the late Everett and Mary Paul Bradley McCallum.  Dick started his career at Michigan Bell, married Joan Baser in 1978 and moved to New Jersey to work for AT&T. Upon retirement, Dick and Joan moved to Lake Lure, North Carolina. Dick was a very active member of Forest City Church of the Nazarene. In addition to his wife, Dick is survived by his three children, Brenda Miniclier (Joe), Richard McCallum (Anne), Jill McCallum; fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and three on the way; two stepsons, Kenneth Mundt (Kathy), Kevin Mundt (Michelle); and siblings, Howard Gould  and Millie Gould. Dick was very proud of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He dearly loved his family.
