Obituary

Raymond D. Markley passed away on Sunday, December 15th, 2024. 
Ray was born March 8th, 1936, to Earl Markley Jr and    Elsie Louise. Ray served in the National Guard for six years. It was during this time that Ray married Patricia S. Hannon. They had 3 children together and remained happily married for 54 years. Ray worked for General Motors in Marion Indiana. He retired as a tool & die maker after 46 years of service. 

Ray is survived by a brother, David Markley and a sister, Jauneanne Monroe. A son, Raymond D. Markley Jr. and a daughter, Lisa (Tim) Downam. Six grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his wife, Pat, one son, Robert Markley. Two sisters, Nancy and Sandra; one brother, Jerry. 

Funeral Services will be held on January 4th at Garden View Funeral Home at 10501 N State Road 3 Muncie, IN 47303. Visitation starts at 10am and the service will begin at 11am

They are now together forever.
