Obituary

Graveside services will be 2 pm Friday, at Crestwood Cemetery, for Mrs Nancy Davenport, age 72, of Gadsden, who died December 14,2023. Nancy will be remembered for being a christian first,”Loved The Lord”.Very generous and giving,would give all she had to anyone who needed it. Loved her family with all her heart.Kept the little ones when most thought she no longer could.Little stubborn and you knew when she meant business. She was loved by all and will be dearly missed.She is preceded in death by husband Jerry Davenport,parents K.D. and Thelma Pruitt and sister Sue Range, brother David Pruitt. She is survived by son Gene(Angie) Billingsley, daughter Rhonda(Phil) Wittek, daughter Shanna(Daryl) Wallace,grandchildren Kellie, Logan, P.J, Amber, Cole, Javin, Daven, Madison Darrielle, Mathew, Kayla and Teri.19 great grands and number 20 on the way.
