Obituary
Graveside service will be 3 pm Friday, August 30,2024, at Crestwood Cemetery for Mrs. MaryAnn Bryant, age77, of Gadsden, who died Tuesday August 27,2024.
David Webster will officiate.
She is preceded in death by her father Woodrow Christopher Sr. and mother Mary Dee (Morgan) Christopher.
She is survived by her husband Oscar Bryant and Daughter Paula Moon, son Paul Bryant(Tori),brother Woodrow "Bubba" (Tracie) Christopher sister Martha Bradley(Mike) and nieces Debra Belyeu and Casey McCreight, nephew Jami Christopher and numerous cousins.
Mary Ann was a loving wife and mother of 60 years. She spent her life with Oscar raising their children across the United States. This allowed her to include her extended family to visit and experience life., reaching outside of her hometown of Gadsden.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Glencoe and loved her church family.
A very special thanks to Jessica King. Words cannot express our gratitude for the love and devotion, and support she has shown our family while giving exceptional care to Mary Ann.
Also thank you to Brooklyn, Taylor and Kelly and to all the Gentiva Hospice staff .Their care and devotion ,and support during Mary Ann's illness was truly outstanding.
Mary Ann and family are blessed to have pallbearers as Mike Bryant, Jim Bryant, Allen Frazier, Christopher Moon, Mike Bradley and Jami Christopher.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 1 pm until the time of service.
