Obituary
Jennifer Lynn Hoy, age 36, of Port Matilda, died at home on October 9, 2023. She was born on September 24,1987 in Washington, DC to William Stephen and Wanda Rae (Cesarino) Hoy.
Jenni is survived by her brothers, Patrick Joseph Hoy and Skylar Brenden of Bozeman, MT, Brian James and Deanna Larson Hoy of West Fargo, ND, David Jonathan Hoy of Polson, MT, nephew Landon Allen Hoy, and nieces Madison Irene and Kaedyn Jo Hoy with another niece expected in November.
Jenni lived in Montgomery County Maryland for the first 25 years of her life and graduated from Poolesville High School. She was active in drama, her church and was a lifetime member of Girl Scouts, where she earned the Gold Award. She has lived in Bozeman, MT; West Fargo, ND; and State College, PA. Jenni was a member of the Fort Necessity Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution where she was selected as Outstanding Jr Member in 2023. She enjoyed her dog Zoey, music, movies, anything Harry Potter, shopping, friends and family.
Visitation will be on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 9:00AM - 10:30AM followed at 11:00am with A Celebration of the Passage to Eternal Life mass, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Port Matilda, PA with Father Jozef Kovacik officiating and Deacon Jack Orlandi assisting. Interment will take place at Mt Washington Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Farmington, PA at a later date.
