Jayne Rith Robbins

January 7th, 1953 - December 31st, 2024

Obituary

Jayne Ruth "Insane Jayne" Robbins, 71, of Lake Helen, Florida, passed away on December 31, 2024. She was born in Nassau, New York on January 7, 1953 to Ronald Mahlon and Ruth Marie (Nilsen) Stutzman.

Jayne loved animals, but especially loved horses. She enjoyed taking care of the stray animals near her home and watching the wildlife from her front porch. Jayne enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband, Dave, hoping to one day return to Sturgis. Her friendship and companionship will be deeply missed by all who loved her, especially her husband. The hours spent on the front porch watching the world go by, the animals roaming, and the conversations had will be cherished memories.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ronald Mahlon and Ruth Marie (Nilsen) Stutzman; and her son, Thomas Henry Duffy III.

Jayne is survived by her husband and best friend, David G. Robbins; her daughter, Kellie Dee Harlow; her three grandchildren, Kayla, Diego, and Joel; and her cat, Misfit.

A visitation for Jayne will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at Lohman Funeral Home - DeLand, with interment to follow immediately at DeLand Memorial Gardens.
