EVA LOUISE SCALF
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA
MARCH 19, 1932 - SEPTEMBER 18, 2023
EVA RETIRED AFTER 15 YEARS OF SERVICE AS TREASURER WITH THE METROPOLITAN SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PERRY TOWNSHIP. PRIOR TO THIS EVA SERVED AS TREASURER OF THE KEYSTONE MIDDLE SCHOOL AND WORKED IN THE CLEARING DEPARTMENT AT AMERICAN FLETCHER NATIONAL BANK.
EVA IS SURVIVED BY FIVE CHILDREN: ROY STEVEN SCALF (BETTY), DEBORAH WILLIAMS, MIKE SCALF (MARY PENNYCUFF), PAM PURDUE, AND CHERYL GRIBBLE. SHE IS ALSO SURVIVED BY SEVEN GRANDCHILDREN: JON WILLIAMS (SAMANTHA), AMY BURNHAM (RICK), JONATHAN CRAFT, JORDAN PURDUE (ELAINE), BRITNI PASCOE, COURTNEY PURDUE (ADAM CROSLEY), JOSEPH SCALF AND MELINA GRIBBLE. TEN GREAT GRANDCHILDREN: AVA PURDUE, ELLA PURDUE, LEO BOOMER PURDUE, MELODY CROSLEY, MILA CROSLEY, BRAYDEN BURNHAM, ELIZABETH SCALF, NOVA SCALF, ALEXIS SCALF, PAISLEE GOODE, OAKLEY GOODE.
IN ADDITION TO HER PARENTS, THOMAS AND MARGRET SHUTT. EVA IS PRECEDED IN PASSING BY HER HUSBAND CHARLES R SCALF, HER SISTER TRESSIE HITTLE AND TWO GRANDSONS ZACHARY GRIBBLE AND MICHAEL SCALF.
THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS FROM 4:00 TO 7:00 PM ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 2023 AT FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 1977 S STATE ROAD 135, GREENWOOD, IN 46143
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE CONDUCTED AT 11:00 AM TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2023 AT FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 1977 STATE ROAD 135, GREENWOOD WITH PASTOR DANNY THOMAS OFFICIATING. SHE WILL BE LAID TO REST BESIDE HER HUSBAND AT FOREST LAWN MEMORIAL GARDENS FOLLOWING SERVICE.
