Obituary
Mrs. Connie Lee Hudson, 72, of Saint Paul, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on January 27, 1952, in Waynesburg, Kentucky, Connie was the cherished daughter of the late Fred E. Pennington and Neretta (Duncan) Griffin. She grew up in Indianapolis, graduating from Ben Davis High School, and later dedicated many years to her career at General Devices Company, Inc.
Connie will be remembered for her vibrant personality and the joy she brought to those around her. She cherished her time spent with family, always looking forward to gatherings and celebrations that created lifelong memories. Connie had a love for reading, enjoyed visiting casinos and horse tracks, and found joy in the camaraderie of her monthly euchre card games with dear friends.
Connie’s legacy lives on in her children, Eric Komlance, Todd Hudson, Tonya Hudson and Anita Suiters; her grandchildren, Devin Maddox, Frankie Dean, Cami Komlance, Tiffanie Suiters and Britany Alharbi and her 16 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her beloved sisters, Tina and Nicole, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of over 30 years, Chester L. Hudson; her son, Randy Komlance; and her brothers, Fred Pennington and Loren Pennington.
Connie’s warmth, love, and spirit touched the lives of many. She will be dearly missed but forever remembered by her family and friends.
Connie will be laid to rest beside her husband at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
