Obituary
Ceil Memoli passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Stamford, Connecticut and moved to Deltona, Florida in 1981. She was born December 15, 1947, and graduated from Rippowam High School, Merrill Business School, and Norwalk State College in Connecticut. She also received a certificate from Bert Rogers School of Real Estate. She worked for the Florida Department of Transportation as an Administrative Manager for over 22 years. Ceil often said the best time in her life was being Mom to her two beautiful children. She loved the joys and challenges it held for her. While raising her children, Ceil was involved with Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Music, and Sports. She was also a volunteer at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church teaching CCD classes. She enjoyed gardening, reading, shopping, and decorating.
Ceil is predeceased by her Mother and Father, Joseph and Claire Nemchek; a brother, Robert Nemchek; and sister-in-law, Frances.
Ceil is survived by her husband, Richard, of 54 years who was the love of her life; her daughter, Tracy Memoli, New York City, and her son, Ronnie Memoli (Nicole), Felton, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by her brother, William Nemchek (Rose), Naples, Florida, and three beautiful grandchildren: Kellie, Richard, and Bella, as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial tribute will be held at Lohman’s Funeral Home, Deltona later this month.
